First off, I always have such a wonderful experience coming here and love supporting a local family run business! It's so fun to see their children there helping out with things too...what an example to set!
There are so many not very nice comments that it made me feel compelled to give five stars because they have been nothing but accomdating, lovely and friendly. I only recommend them to all of my friends and clients!
Besides coming here for any of our pet supply needs - they always do such a cute job with my pup Little Man! He always comes out looking so dapper. And let me tell you, he has been one of the most, if not THE most difficult dog we have ever trained and then owned because we fell in love with him, so grooming can sometimes be a challenge. I know my dog can be kind of a D lol and so I always tell them that if he is being fussy just trim what you can and I can do the rest at home if needed. He does better each time he comes. They are so accommodating they were able to get me in with one days notice - and I was able to pick up literally a few hours later! I'm not sure what everyone's gripe is about timing, availability, friendliness and grooming capabilities - because I have only ever had a stellar experience here. Sounds like everyone who had a gripe with them probably wasn't very specific in their groom cut preferences or just like to complain in general! I also spent five years working in a business that offered grooming and know what a headache customers can be that truly are never happy...this is my only go to place I will go to forever!
As a fellow business owner I always feel compelled to tell the truth and share positive experiences to support other local businesses - please don't hesitate to give them a chance they are a wonderful business and family!
