Last year we celebrated the grand opening of The World’s Longest Biscuit Buffet with a party and a very special announcement. If you weren’t there for the party, we announced that Woofers Grooming & Goodies would be giving 10% of the gross sales from our treat bar to a local shelter! The Tacoma Humane Society has been helping animals in need since 1888 and was one of the first such organizations in the country. Today they provide a wonderful service to our area, and this year we thanked them for their efforts with a donation check from The World’s Longest Biscuit Buffet.
The party was a ton of fun, and the costumes from the costume contest were amazing! We had an Elvis impersonator, some Irish dogs, a caterpillar, a butterfly, a ladybug, and so many other adorable pooches! We gave away lots of prizes and goodie bags, and professional photos were available from Standing Stones Photography.
This year our grand prize, One Year of FREE Dog Grooming, was won by Kerri Randles!
